Shree Simandhar Swami’s Janma Kalyanak

When we recite the Navkaar Mantra, our first namaskar goes to the Arihant Lords - those who have annihilated all inner enemies of anger, pride, attachment and greed!

Arihants are the living Tirthankaras

Arihants are the living Tirthankaras, having a unique power to grant final liberation to those who sincerely and strongly aspire to be free! Only by doing the live, in-person darshan of a Tirthankara, can one become completely and permanently free from the cycle of birth and death.

There is no living Tirthankara on our Earth in this time cycle

After Lord Mahavir’s Nirvana (final liberation), our Bharat Kshetra has become devoid of the presence of living Tirthankaras, and it will remain so until Lord Padmanabh will take birth many centuries later and begin the next chovisi (the set of 24 Tirthankaras).

Those who have attained Nirvana are now worshipped as Siddhas, so whom do we worship as Arihant?

Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan has revealed that Lord Simandhar Swami, presently in Mahavideh Kshetra, is a living Tirthankara, having strong karmic connections with beings of Bharat Kshetra! All those who worship Shree Simandhar Swami with the intent of attaining liberation and in the manner explained by Gnani Purush Dada Bhagwan, will become eligible to take birth in Mahavideh Kshetra, receive the Lord’s Darshan and attain Moksha!

So what is the correct way to worship Shree Simandhar Swami?

Not only does Shree Simandhar Swami, the Living Tirthankara, exist on a different planet, but also the time cycle there is very different from the time cycle here. Therefore, we must always pay our respect to Lord Simandhar Swami, with Gnani Purush Dada Bhagwan as a direct witness of our obeisance, in order to ensure that our namaskar reaches the Lord, wherever he might be, in the correct way, without any obstacles. This is because Dada Bhagwan has a direct and constant contact with Lord Simandhar Swami!

Accordingly, we may recite the following words every day, sincerely, at least 40 times a day:

‘Pratyaksh Dada Bhagwan ni sakshi e vartmaane Mahavideh Kshetra ma vicharta Tirthankar Bhagwan Shree Simandhar Swami ne atyant bhaktipurvak namaskar karu chu’

meaning

In the direct witness of Dada Bhagwan, I pay my highest obeisance to Tirthankar Bhagwan Shree Simandhar Swami,  who is presently in Mahavideh Kshetra.’

We can even do Lord’s Aarti to express our feelings of praise and reverence towards this Living Arihanta!

On the pious occasion of Lord Simandhar Swami’s Janma Kalyanak (Birthday), let us all pray to Him with utmost devotion that may all our weaknesses be overcome, may all the obstacles be removed and may we all get the incredible privilege to do the Lord’s Darshan in our next birth itself, so that we attain the ultimate liberation from birth and death!
