Parents Day 2014!

The 27^th of July, which is the fourth Sunday of July, is Parents’ Day! It is every child’s moral duty, in fact religion (dharma), to serve their parents. The question may arise within you, “But what if our relationship with our parents is not a good one?” Regardless of what type of relationship you have with your parents, by giving them happiness, you will receive happiness in return. Implying that those who make their parents happy will never be unhappy. You may not become wealthy, but at least you will not have to suffer any pain (dukh) if you serve your parents. Since you cannot see God, why don’t you serve your parents who you can see?
