Janmashtami Celebration-2011

Janmashtami is celebrated to commemorate the birthday of Lord Krishna and is celebrated all over India.

Lord Krishna, as a child loved butter and used to break the butter pots at home to have it. His birthday is celebrated in the same manner.

On this auspicious day, at Adalaj-Trimandir (Gujarat, India), Pujyashree Deepakbhai gave Darshan to everyone who came to visit the temple in the evening.

This event was celebrated with much enthusiasm at Trimandir in the presence of Pujyashree Deepakbhai who broke the pot of butter amidst thousands of people.

The temple hall and the outside podium was full with people celebrating this grand festival by doing Bhakti of Lord Krishna until midnight.
